IP AND LICENSING
Upon purchasing our product, you agree to a one-off commercial license grant concerning the intellectual property (IP) of the associated NFT. This license pertains specifically to the product you are acquiring.
As our website does not establish a wallet connection, we are unable to verify the ownership of the digital asset intended for printing on our product. While we conduct periodic manual verifications, we cannot guarantee the exhaustive validation of every digital asset. You are required to utilise IPs only from assets that you personally own or for which you have obtained a valid license.
In the event of a breach of licensing terms, we assume no responsibility. We reserve the right to provide customer information to third parties if required for any investigation related to such breaches.
SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our manufacturing process, we are unable to provide a specific timeline for the completion and shipment of your order.
Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
As each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns. In the event that you receive defective products or items that do not match your order, please contact us promptly.

When completing the order form, you will be required to provide personal data such as your name, email and mailing address to facilitate the shipment of the purchased product and for us to get in touch with you should any issue arise.
